I have used Policy Expert previously with great success.Based upon that experience it was a simple decision when my Home Insurance became due for renewal and my usual insurer DOUBLED my annual premium, (despite another claim free year!) to shift this AND increase my cover features to Policy Expert for very little extra cost.Great work!

This is by far the most unsatisfactory customer service experience I've ever encountered. The individuals involved are incredibly unpleasant. Not only did they neglect to inspect my car, but they also sent it to an unprofessional workshop that seems to prioritize serving their interests over quality service. It feels like I'm being tossed around like a football between the garage and the company, with both parties engaging in a blame game. It's truly disheartening to think that such unscrupulous individuals can operate a business in the UK.

It was so easy to set up the policy, it only took minutes. I'm 73 and not so good with computers but this was a breeze. Oh and did I mention the price? It was excellent compared to my quote from my previous insurers. Keep up the good work many thanks Patricia

I've recently taken building/contents insurance with Policy Expert online, so I can't comment on service as I did all the work! However, I'm very happy with the quote and potential level of cover.Reading the not so positive reviews does make me concerned about how easy this company is to make a claim with as that's the bottom line. None of us wish for this possibility but that's why we insure our homes, right?

After searching and comparing home insurance, Policy Expert Gold offered the best level of cover at the price I was willing to pay. When I clicked through to buy, I was only offered Bronze or Silver level, so I phoned to question this. After a few questions, I was sent a link to the Gold, so well done and thank you customer services! Can’t comment on having to claim or how willing they are to pay out but hopefully I won’t need to find out.

Off to a great start with Policy Expert. Their website was easy to negotiate to obtain a quote and find the detail of the cover offered. Excellent cost (compared to other companies) without skimping on cover. All done online so I have no experience of their customer service or making a claim. If that turns out to be good too I'll return and add the final star!

I had a great experience with this company. They have a very user-friendly site which made the purchase process very simple. They have a really good rating and their prices are simply unbeatable. Especially as the insurance prices have gone up quite a bit, it was such a relief to get a cover at decent price!! I will certainly use them in the future.

This has been an incredibly frustrating customer service encounter with individuals who are far from accommodating. They neglected to properly inspect my car and instead directed it to an unreliable workshop that seems more interested in serving their own agenda than delivering quality service. I felt like I was caught in a cycle of blame-shifting between the garage and the company. It's disheartening to consider that such dubious practices can persist within a business operating in the UK.

Having received a renewal quote of +66% from Admiral, I shopped around for a better quote.Policy Expert wasn't the cheapest (it wasn't far off though), but significantly it covered everything that we required for our house and contents - middle income family, 2 young kids, a dog. The website was easy to use and when I put in the exact details of our requirements, the quote went down too!!Overall, it was an excellent experience with easy to navigate questions, a competitive quote, and good levels of cover.

I have been asked to review Policy Expert. What am I supposed to review?I only purchased the policy a couple of days ago and this was all done seamlessly on line. Had I purchased the policy from another provider I would imagine that the process would have been equally seamless.I have not used Policy Expert before and am unable to comment.Ask me the same question in 2/3 years from now and I may be able to write a review.Norman Dayton
