Bob is always friendly and quick to sort problems out. He helped us in Covid when our imaging unit needed replacing - don’t know how else we would have managed - and he fixed a serious paper jam more recently while reliably supplying us with toner. We would not go anywhere else!

Diamondsource are a valuable alternative to Epson's extortionate fixed price menu for relatively minor or random issues. Dean gives impression of having wideexperience of many printers and their foibles.

Excellent service, needed my printer fixed quickly, Diamondsource , replied to my enquiry straight away and I had an engineer round within 3 days. Printer repaired on first visit, would definitely recommend.

Would give 0 starts if I could. Technician came and ruined our printer. Prior to his visit we had an issue with one of the colours, after his visit printer is leaking ink all over the place and can't be turned on at all!! They fail to acknowledge that their guy killed it and trying to push buying a replacement from them which is btw £50 more expensive than anywhere else. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
