Had five blinds fitted,from start to finish a fantastic company to deal with,nothing too much trouble.Great range of blinds to choose from,Jack was very attentive on placing the order,Fitters professional and very tidy.Would highly recommend,A top local family run business.

Had 2 sets of blinds for my business recently, absolutely perfect! HUGE choice in colours and the fitting was spot on! Brilliant service from the first phone call right untill they were fitted. 10/10 lovely people.

From the moment we got intouch for more information and a quote, they were very polite and professional. They came quickly in order to be able to measure the windows and give me the price, but also able to look at the different type of colours and materials they provided.Once we accepted the blinds, they were fitted quickly and professionally. The two workers who came to my property were lovely and helpful with any questions and all the information they thought we needed.Overall absolutely fantastic company! Love the blinds.

I chose gails blinds as I believe in keeping business local where possible and I was not disappointed . Great, fast efficient service from quoting to fitting and at a great price. Very happy with the end results and would have no hesitation in recommending them

I would NOT recommend this company. I had one blind fitted no problem, asked them back to quote for a smaller window which they told me would be £10 more than the first window. I’m not sure how this could be correct for the exact same product so I queried this and was told as a gesture of goodwill they would do it for the same price as the first window! I wasn’t happy with that as this window was a lot smaller so queried again. I kept being cut off when I rang them, and being ignored and given excuse after excuse. I finally got a response by text message just saying that price was correct! Needless to say I didn’t go ahead with this company due to lack of customer service skills and professionalism shown by the lady on the phone which I’m presuming was Gail. Also the fact that they were trying to overcharge me thinking I would just go ahead with it as i had already had one window fitted. Obviously they didn’t want/need the business. The new company blinds direct that I used confirmed the size of the window was a lot smaller and needless to say beat this company on the price by miles for the exact same product. Avoid!!!

Great experience, once again using this company.Have used Gails Blinds 3 times during the last fews years, and each time the advice, service and quality of products has always been fabulous. Ordered some replacement slats this time, for 3 large bay windows and 2 smaller ones, which were ready for collection in less than a week. Very pleased with the price aswell. Gail is always a pleasure to do business with. No hesitation in recommending this company.Thank you for all your help.
