i bought a bathroom from toni which we was happy with until one of the shower wall panels blown , i have ask united bathroom to replace the boards , however it taken nearly a year now still no response from them .im now taken legal action the panels are mdf wall panels as they forgot to sell us the plastic trim which seal the bottom of each panels.

The service we received with United Bathrooms was top class! No question or request to big for them to accept, the customer service provided outstanding! We are first time buyers with no idea of the consept of how much work needs to be put in for a fantastic bathrooms, and we felt fully supported throughout the whole expierence! Amazing job, and thanks again so so much!

We bought a bathroom from Toni at United Bathrooms nearly a yer ago had it by a very good company,it is still as good know as when it was fitted. Toni was a very big help as we had no idea of what we wanted or needed. Toni designed and went to great lengths to sort out what we wanted even though at the time she was very busy sorting her own wedding. We wold not think twice about using Toni and the bathroom fitting's she sells again. We can't recommend United bathroom's enough.They were a delight to work with NOTHING was too much trouble.Kevin & Jan Portchester
