Really impressed with this garage. A few weeks ago, I turned up unannounced and with little time available to look at a Fiesta ST they had in stock. I’ve been looking for one specifically and this garage came up on Autotrader. Despite being a lone female car buyer I was treated well by Paul as he answered my many questions about the spec and history of the car. I left very nearly putting a deposit down on the Fiesta but felt I needed to see some other similar cars and test drive one. We were heading away for a few days but I kept in contact with Paul during this time as I wanted to be told if there was any interest in the car. Three days later after visiting another car of the same spec I felt the car at Auto Hub North East fit my requirements best and was the right price for me. I took my husband along this time and there was no hesitation in letting us test drive the car and have a thorough look around. There were a few bits of paintwork which needed attention plus the alloys were a little scuffed and the brake callipers needed a touch up. This was all usual damage for a car 6 years old which the garage offered to sort out for me. This was excellent service. We were made to feel welcome with a cup of coffee as we sorted out the paperwork and I was thoroughly overjoyed to see the car a week later on collection. Scuffs, alloys and callipers all touched up and even some fuel in the tank for the drive home. Thanks so much to Paul and James for the excellent service. I’m looking to keep this car for a long time but I’ll definitely look you up when I’m in the market for another one and recommend you to friends!

We have just bought a cracking car from these guys.Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish, Paul and Phil have made this a totally pain-free experience of buying a car, unlike all of the major car dealers !!!No false/ fake hard sell, just nice down to earth people, selling extremely good quality used cars.Can't recommend highly enough !

The lads in Autohub were great, nothing was too much. I had several test drives before I chose my car and have to admit the car and the service is first class, would recommend them.

Bought a 2012 S Max from these guys, vehicle needed a little prep work before being handed over to myself. Vehicle was valeted when we picked it up. Car developed a fault, Phil came to my house to look over the car and it was in the garage the next day being repaired. Car came back and was running perfect. A little while later car developed another problem with the DPF. Again, Phil was straight on the case. Vehicle In the garage and repaired. We haven’t had any problems since. There was no haggling or dragging their feet about the repairs, straight on it. Absolute first class service, good old fashioned customer service and true to their word. Thanks again. Andy

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Very helpful, answered any questions, very patient. What i loved was the care and time they had. Phil was brilliant such a genuine nice lad. Totally upfront and honest. Went above and beyond. I would recommend anyone to buy a car of them. They are a rare gem of company and pleased to say I bought a car of them.

Philip could not have been more helpful. Having been to other dealerships with half-a***ed salesman, Philip was a breath of fresh air. He is very trustworthy and went the extra mile. The car I bought from here was in wonderful condition, with a new MOT and service. I bought my car from a distance - Philip not only sent me photos and videos, but he also answered any queries promptly and arranged for delivery of my car at a reasonable rate.
