I had been struggling to find 170 degree hinges for blind kitchen door. The ladies all with glitter and cheerful attitude greeted all with a smile. They know their stuff and sorted me out in no time. I went home fitted hinges and all working well. A great experience and would reccomend. One happy customer

Ordered a battery Hedge trimmer on line on Tuesday for home delivery; picked a free of charge delivery slot for Thursday same week; item arrived spot on time and beat all others on price. SUPERB

This is a pretty new Screwfix and I have to say I'm impressed with their prices compared to their parent Company, B&Q but that's probably down to their store type. Think along the lines of Argos but for DIY stuff. I'd highly recommend Screwfix if you know what you're after and prefer the no nonsense approach to shopping where you can just drive in, pick up everything in a couple of minutes and leave.

Amazing customer service. Jen the duty manager's product knowledge was outstanding, its nice to go in a store where someone actually knows the business that they work for. She is a credit to your company and I hope she is recognised for the service she provides by her higher management.

Generally decent good on most items, and staff always very helpful, however the fact you are nearly double the price of everywhere else on consumable items such as hoover bags etc makes me shop online. You’re simply not competitive and I’m not paying double for convenience of collection, I’d rather go without or wait 24 hours for Amazon delivery. £18 in store from Screwfix, or £10 delivered elsewhere. Sort Your prices out!
