Delighted with our new windows. We were recommended BESPOKE and they are a fantastic company. Benn was terrific in listening to our requirements and translating them into windows which have enhanced our property. Rys fitted the windows; he was super efficient and tidy, Highly recommended!

Excellent experience from the very beginning. Window building and installation with RKM is a significant step up the fenestration food ladder than most of the mainstream outfits. Even with the structural and sometimes complex problems that living in an 1900s listed building has, RKM navigated through them and the end result is stunning. It not only made a difference visually but the house is most certainly a lot warmer. I recommend the spiral balancers as opening and shutting the rather large windows is very easy. My compliments to Rob, Ben, Rhys and Danny.

First class service. All staff were friendly, responsive, helpful and reliable. Windows delivered and installed within promised timescale and team also provided help with removing and replacing blinds. Delighted with new windows. Would highly recommend this company.

Living in and maintaining a Listed Building" is fraught with untold issues. One of them is replacing a "Like for Like" Door. After Months of searching for a suitable firm I came across "Bespoke windows by RKM". Certainly not the Cheapest Door in my hunt for a replacement

Absolutely fantastic service throughout! Benn guided us through all our options and helped us pick the perfect door and windows, paying attention to the smallest detail that we hadn’t even thought about! The door and windows were to tie in with the existing house and he took the time to check through all colour samples to find the closest match. Recently had 3 windows and a door replaced by BESPOKE/RKM. Very pleased with the final results. I would highly recommend BESPOKE windows by RKM. From start to finish we’ve had a great experience.We had the best team of guys installing 11 windows, 2 external doors and a set of patio doors in our very old and slightly wonky house.
