Had eye test by Francis in August who discovered I had cataracts. He referred me to hospital and within two weeks I had my first operation!!I have now had both eyes done and yesterday picked up new glasses. I love my new glasses and many thanks to ALL staff for a very pleasant experience.

Decided that I needed new glasses - varifocals rather than several different pairs of single vision specs - so booked an appointment for 2 days time.A thorough examination by Francis was interspersed with chat about my eyes and answers to my vision related (and other) questions.This was followed by a handover' to Julien for dispensing (who was also very knowledgeable and friendly). The digital analysis of eye and head movements was an impressive use of technology, resulting in a completely made-to-measure set of lenses.The whole process took about an hour but throughout this I was made to feel comfortable and valued as both a customer and as an individual. Thank you to everyone at Cromer Eyecare.

Very friendly whilst having the eye test, not so friendly when I had a query with my prescription and wanted to buy glasses cheaper online

Can not praise highly enough. Extremely thorough eye exam. Very reasonably priced glasses with super speedy service. Friendly service from all staff, lovely receptionists, sales assistant and the optician (really sorry now I did not get names!) and all so efficient and professional. Honestly best opticians I have ever used. Have already booked 2 friends to go!

Took daughter for eye test free as in full time education whilst sat in waiting room heard assistant pressuring oap to buy lighter lens and lighter frames even after hearing him say he likes the weight they continued using second hand car sale techniques.. The pensioner did not budge and left..My daughter came out shortly after they tried pressuring her to buy frames.. I stated she is entitled to free lens .. they do not run that sheme there...disputable practice to say the least..

Was seen by Francis today and have never experienced the advice and care ever during my years of eye care from other opticians. Amazing overall and friendly service from every member of staff.

Excellent service and after-care, always helpful , I have been a customer for 30 years. Nothing is too much bother, they were very helpful when my puppy broke my frames they replaced my lenses into another pair of frames whilst I waited. I highly recommend them. Customer satisfaction is a priority to them. they are bang up-to-date with the latest technologies and highly skilled.

The manner of the optician carrying out my eyes test was outright rude and caused me to lack confidence in the results. Went to another optician in Norwich the following day and had a completely different experience where my eye condition was clearly explained.

Really nice staff, the store is well prepped for the current covid situation.Plenty of specs to choose from, in different price ranges.They do take NHS patients aswell which is great. The gentleman that inspected my eyes was good at his job and explained everything really well. No complaints at all.

I was very pleased with the professionalism and level of service I received. All staff were very friendly and the optician was very informative, thorough and discussed the process behind the examination. Would highly recommend (and have already done so to friends and colleagues). Thank you.
