Grace is always precise with how she does your eyelashes and eyebrows. She will always make sure they are even and to the best standardI have recently gone deaf and Grace made sure she wore a mask so I could lip read and understand what is going on.I will never go to anyone for my eyebrows and eyelashes again ❤

I had never had brown lamination done before and am always a bit scared to try something new like this and go to someone I've never been to before without researching it to death first. But I saw Grace and her work and instantly felt comfortable booking in and I didn't regret it for a second! She really has a detailed eye for that unique fluffy brow shape that's different from others.I was amazed at how she was able to get my brows looking exactly the way I'd wanted them for so long but no one else has managed! I went to a baby shower shortly after having my brows done and the amount of compliments I recieved from people I didn't know was amazing!She has a professional, friendly approach and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend, you won't regret it!!!

Grace was professional and did a fantastic job with my LVL lashes and eyebrows! I had previously had a bad experience with LVL (at another salon) so was hesitant to have them done again, but Grace was so understanding and reassuring and walked me through every step! Grace is such a lovely welcoming individual who cares very much about her clients experience. Not only is her studio gorgeous but it’s a very relaxing environment. She is just so talented at everything she does, from lashes, brows and makeup. My lashes always look perfect every time and ontop of that I never get lash damage. Grace is also the only person I’d trust near my eyebrows and I have just had my consultation for a micro-blading session. Not only have I been given in depth advice about the procedure for half an hour but I have been sent pre and after care information. She really cares about what she does and is honestly such a very talented women. She’s so easy to talk to, to get along with and makes you feel so relaxed. You always know what’s going to happen in a session as she talks you through each step. I am more then happy to give Grace full control of my brows as I know they are going to be stunning. Never been let down ever and I know I never well. I have recommended her to many and would recommend Graceful Beauty to anyone.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. A wonderful service from beginning to end. Every step was explained clearly and professionally. The treatments were painless and I now have fantastic eyebrows which frame my face and give me more confidence. The aftercare service was extremely easy and clearly explained. I had no problem with healing and am very happy with the result. Grace is very easy to talk to and put me at ease throughout. Thank you, I am very happy x
