Nadine helped me prepare for running my first marathon in April by getting my back and shoulders in good working order. She released my muscles, relieved the pain and gave me good advice for maintaining them in future. I would highly recommend her!

Nadine is brilliant - can’t recommend her enough - extremely knowledgeable, ‘hands on’ in the truest sense of the word :), alleviates pain effortlessly, provides terrific guidance on how to stretch and remain pain free, and has a sense of humour !

Nadine was helpful and informative. She found the problem with my back and was able to relieve some of the tension and problems. She gave me exercises to do once home which also helped.
