Excellent agency to work with. Symon was our mortgage advisor. He is clearly very good and experienced in his job. Made sure he explained everything clearly and at a good pace. I would highly recommend using Threshold when buying a property. As first time buyers it can be very daunting but our broker Matt Kirby helped explain everything to us. We also had regular updates from our case handler Daniella Stoner who informed up of every step along the way too. We also purchased our life insurance and home insurance through them with the same care and attention to detail as the mortgage process.
