I placed an order online took payment straight away had to phone a few days later as no order confirmation... Was told my order would be with me by following wednsday the 4th march it is the 3rd march today still no email or text advising me on delivery so phoned once again to see when delivery would arrive as I have decoraters waiting only to be told wallpaper is out of stock. Now got to wait 3 days to get refund.. Totally disappointed with this company won't be ordering again total waste of time I would of gave no stars but won't allow me

DO NOT buy from this retailer! I purchased some goods to have an email stating it was out of stock. I then sent 3 emails asking for an alternative, when I didn’t get a reply I then asked why? They sent me a rude email stating they hadn’t had an email. When I asked for them to cancel my order because they hadn’t still answered if they had the alternative in stock they said they had cancelled my order on the 28th May and I am still waiting for a refund of my money. It seems they can answer an email when it suits them but ignore the ones that they cannot be bothered with. This is ridiculous and awful to do to a family in the current times BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ordered wallpaper from these guys got an Email confirming order and then nothing since. The phone dose not get answered emails do not get replied to and their warehouse premises are derelict. Suggest you dont deal with this company and if you have placed an order contact your bank.

After reading the reviews I was slightly concerned I wouldn't be recieving my order. However, I received confirmation, up to date tracking and the parcel delivered withing 2 days of my order. Thankyou

Items should have arrived within 5 days, after 16 days not received, emails sent only one reply, called them, they promised they would call me back, this never happened. Cancelled my order. Never purchase from them, customer service poor.

Terrible experience with this company avoid them at all costs !!!No opportunity to give them a negative star rating unfortunately would have been -1 …Ordered wall paper, when the delivery finally arrived it was the wrong colour so have attempted to return the wall paper.Used the e mail address on web site to try and establish contact to discuss the issue with the wall paper no response to my email …So returned the wall paper only for it to be sent back to me with no reason for the return … really disappointed with the lack of any courtesy or service from this company …don’t waste your time with them … go else where !!

Waited over 2 weeks for an order and was continually fobbed off whenever I called to ask for an update. Promised it would be delivered one day, never arrived! Nor the 2 times after. Have now asked for a full refund. We shall see how long that takes! Don't waste your time, just go elsewhere initially! Poor!!

COMMUNICATION & SERVICE A JOKE.I spent $500 AUD worth of wallpaper on the 6th July to be sent to Australia. 130 pounds worth of shipping fees. It took till the 19th with tracking to locate it. After numerous attempts with the courier company and Home Decor I received the news that my order has been lost. I was informed that I would have an answer 29th August after signing and sending a declaration that I had NOT received my goods.I have being sending emails with no response what so ever. So NO communication NO refund ,out of pocket and this company don't seam to care one bit. I will look into my legal avenues on recovery my monies from this company. Don't advertise a service that you cant deliver on.

I ordered last week . Had no email confirmation yet . I called yesterday . They told me I would recieve a call back within half an hour . Now 28 hours later still no call back and when I try to phone it cuts me straight off . Terrible customer service . Ive since emailed with no reply yet . Rediculous

Just avoid.Item was delivered later than required so I returned it. Confirmation from DPD that it was delivered and took them 10 days to confirm as such and issue refund. 3 weeks and chasing emails later still no refund. Had to claim through bank.
