They treated our situation with the utmost respect and care. They were available 24 hours and gave us the best possible options for us in all areas. This can be down to the itinerary list, through to the actual day and events. For example, for our Scottish heritage they found an amazing bagpipe player, and it added that extra something.I would HIGHLY recommend this company. Brilliant service throughout.

Once again they went above and beyond for my mum's funeral. From start to finish they were there for me as they were when we had to say farewell to Pops 11 years ago. I can't thank them enough for all they did but all I have is my thanks.

Senior management are at fault, they seem to treat employees badly. A nice funeral arranger was looking into a complaint regarding my father's headstone, I waited two weeks and didn't have a response, I called into the funeral home and was told her had left the business, another member of staff called Nick was then taking over for me, other few weeks passed so I went back into the funeral home and was told Nick had left the business. Frustrated another man called Michael offered to help me, third time I called into the funeral home after another few weeks, he had left as well, I called helpline and was told senior management are making lots of cuts and discard clients, my advice avoid

I would give zero Stars if their was an option to. CO-Op in Westbury-on-try, have to be the most unprofessional funeral Directors I have ever come across. They don’t answer the phone and divert you to Manchester where they don’t have a clue about anything going on in Bristol, or you get someone that answers the phone and can’t even speak English. Even when I was stood right outside the builder they ignored me and took ages to even answer the door. They don’t update you at all about your family member they keep you in the dark the whole time so you are constantly stressed and worried about what is going on. Their treatment of my dad was absolutely disgusting they showed him no care or respect. They take advantage of you when you are vulnerable and talk you into embalming which is a money making scheme which I later found out it is unnecessary. I ended up having to transfer my Dads care to Brunel Funeral directors who are much more caring and professional. I would stay well clear of this company and do not recommend them. I cannot recommend this company, which failed to organise my late husband's funeral despite all the assurances, and despite my providing all the necessary information and certificates. Apparently the staff in charge of the details 'walked off the job..', requiring a troubleshooter to be sent in at the last minute (literally!) to rescue the funeral and the allied arrangements and paperwork. Even after admitting liability for their failure to process the funeral and aftercare, and agreeing to reducing the charge (via a signed estimate), they had the nerve to send me a bill for the full amount!I had to visit the offices several times in order to pick up my husband's ashes and clothes, despite being assured by phone that these would be ready at an agreed time. When I visited, the reception area was usually unstaffed, with phones ringing constantly. This despite several staff being present and not attending to customers. While allowances must be made for Covid, and some helpful staff (thanks Tom!), this office seemed to me to be unfit for its sole purpose - to help bereaved families arrange appropriate, dignified funeral care.
