I booked in for a caravan service, but I also had a problem with the tow hitch and brakes. The engineer advised that I should take it to a repair centre where it could be put on a hoist. At which point some of the service would be done again. He could have charged me for a service which I would have paid twice for. This was really honest advice and service. Highly recommended

First time using a mobile service for my yearly caravan service, very polite, professional and thorough. The engineer found on checking the brakes that they were not adjusted correctly and had been braking more one side this can only point to the dealership from last year (name withheld) and a fibre washer in the gas line in the front locker was letting by, once again point back to dealership. Overall highly recommend.

Highly Recommended! We used TourerCare for a GasIt (LPG) System and 1x 100w Solar Panel. The work was completed to a high standard with a detailed handover and instruction sheet to utilise. They are located within their own campsite with the ability to stop over either side of works being completed which is very useful. We will be using TourerCare for all future habitation work/servicing and will happily recommend then to anyone.

Glyn arrived at our home as agreed (despite dreadful weather) to do our habitation check and replace our leisure battery. He did a great job, was really helpful, answered our many questions (we're novices!) and explained everything that we might need to consider in the future - all of which made absolute sense. Glyn turned up on the dot of 9 as promised for our motorhome habitation service. His level of knowledge and efficiency was incomparable. He quickly spotted an issue we had with our leisure battery and solar panels and sorted. I would recommend him to anyone with a motorhome or caravan
