Amazing services they helped me so much made me feel safe and comfortable and finally got my forever home trew these guys my support worker was amazeing at her job Charlene she sure deserves a medal for what she does hard working young beautiful woman I wounldent listen to any reviews on era they not true and ppl dont leave good reviews because most likely people do forget will defo recomend this service. Thanks for samia for recent help also

This is was one of the best housing associations I’ve had, they are very caring and helpful. Their responses are very rapid and they create a very good rapport with their tenants. They catered to all my needs. Outstanding company keep up the good work!

No help at all when you ask for support you don't get any from them

At the start they were helpful and supportive but as time went on the support worker, will brush your emotions of by saying your still talking and then wouldn't spend time with you too as would have 1 hour with residents in 6 bedroom house but mainly spent 45 mins with one tenant and 10 mins with another and 5 mins with another so where my time was out the window so thankfully I ended up being moved on for falsely blamed for thief of other tenants food even tho I had my own fridge and freezer in my room or order takeaways, if you move somewhere else be careful as they won't help you find somewhere if you find some else and won't care about your belongings after you have left your belongs if you go see loved one who live out off Birmingham, I've attached pictures of my bedroom door that apparent police booted it in but no evidence of police doing it but waited 3 months to get a fire door replaced and belongings stolen from other tenants but never got them back

This is one of the worst housing associations i have ever come across. Avoid properties next to any of their hmos.
