Unbelievable. Ordered a bottle of wine - was given a time estimate of around 30 minutes . Waited for over an hour . Moreover Uber instructions weren’t followed when I asked for a phone call when they arrived . Wouldn’t recommend.

After a few hiccups, I was able to contact the company and resolve my issue. They were very polite and apologetic and rectified the problem immediately, they even sent out my item after the refund as a gesture of goodwill.As a result of my contact with them, I am now happy to recommend them as reputable.
