Purchased bedroom furniture. Fantastic quality, customer and delivery service was outstanding. Very pleased indeed.I'm now adding to my review as I have recently purchased further items from Grays of Fenton and again excellent service. Lovely pieces of furniture built to last. Highly recommended

Bookcase, beautifully made exactly as ordered, delivered the week it had been promised. Friendly professional local family business. That's real convenience, no Internet required.

Very Disappointed!We ordered over £1.500 worth of furniture from Grays of Fenton and had problems with several items. Ordered large table, 6 leather chairs, T.V. unit and a side board.Delivery 1One chair had a scratch across the leather.One chair had a chip at the bottom of one of the legs.T.V. unit had marks all the way down the corner of the leg.Table top had being repaired you could see glue marks and a crack it was also bowed at one end.Delivery 2Brought 2 new chairs one looked like the leather had been joined too far up the back of it.T.V. unit had stain marks on one of the legs the delivery man sanded and waxed it.Table had one slat that was a different colour than all the rest of the table.Delivery 3Brought 4 new chairs finally all sorted.Table had a light mark on it was told that it was the grain but we were not happy with it.Table leg had raised marks down it.Delivery 4Brought only the table legs but did not bring a table top!After several months and deliveries all furniture was eventually sorted except the table which has a lighter patch on the top due to the grain (it really stands out.) as we had so many problems with the rest of the furniture, we did think they would sort us out a table we were happy with even though this time it wasn’t a fault just personal preference. They did ask us to come to the show room where we could choose from three more tables. The trouble was they were worse than the one that we already had with knots in the wood that you can get your nail under. We were told that was the best that they could get. In our opinion it is not good quality we are now stuck with the lighter grain patch on our table top (very disappointed) if you are going to buy from Grays make sure you check your furniture thoroughly.

We discovered Grays of Fenton about 4 years ago and have returned on many occasions since to buy from them. The service is first class, the prices are competitive and the furniture quality is very high. Having made furniture myself I know good stuff when I see it. Its also good to support a local company. Highly recommended.

I bought items for a newly decorated bedroom and was very happy with both the product and customer service I also wanted a special cabinet made to fit a small space and they were most helpful. I cannot fault their customer service. If I could award 10 stars then I would.

Steve and team are GREAT listened to what i wanted and order was made to a high standard.Delivery men were helpful unpacked the order and took all packaging away.They even took there shoes off before entering the house.

I have recently purchased two sets of bed room furniture from Grey Of Fenton. We are really pleased with the products which are made to a high standard. Great customer service from the moment we walked into the shop to the furniture being delivered.

I can't recommend Grays enough .Firstly their prices where very competitive .The staff where very helpful from start to finish .I measured up wrong and they changed my order no problem .The delivery men where very friendly and helpful and they even wore carpet protectors which impresses me no end .The bed room furniture I had as beautifully made .I will defiantly use them again .So visit their shop and support local business .

Great products, great people and good value for money. We purchased several sets of draws from Greys about eight months ago, they arrived two weeks before the quoted date and all looked well. After a couple of months some of the draws started to stick a little, Greys immediately sent a guy out inspect the problem and the offending draws were taken away, adjusted and returned within just a few days, their staff were only too pleased to help and the problem was soon rectified. Would we go back? Definitely ,

Ordered dining suite, nest of tables, sideboard, coffee table and lamp table. Was quoted 6 weeks delivery at the time of order but the goods all arrived in less than 4 weeks, in perfect condition, delivered exactly when I was told the order would be delivered by two very pleasant guys. Five star service all round, from a local company. Very competitive prices too! Very highly recommended. Thank you for your first class service.
