Very poor cut, dog was to blameaccording to staff. Beard cut at very different levels. He came traumatizede emailed to ask questions and no answer

First time with this groomers, I live in Belfast so Bangor is a bit far out for me but it was worth it. Best groom Nimoy has ever had. I have always asked past groomers to cut him short as he is a VERY active dog and doesnt know when stop so over heats a lot but yellowdog is the first place to actually listen to me and do what I asked for.Nimoy looks great and ready for summer!Thank you!

Been with our shih tzu a few times but on leaving today our boy was distressed and very focused on his front right paw on examination on way home we found his dew claw was hanging off, quick trip to vets got him sorted but this guy either neglected to tell us about it or thought we wouldn't notice either way not the level of customer service you'd expect from someone your trusting your loved ones with. Will not be back.

I've been going to Yellowdog Grooming for a number of years now and would'nt go anywhere else . Ryan and his staff are just wonderful with the dogs and always do an excellent job I would highly recommend them to anyone .
