Ernest is such an amazing person. He is very knowledgeable and understanding. I did my NIN here and had a few issues with my name. Ernest went above and beyond to help me get this sorted. He has very engaging and nice staff. I will totally recommend this shop. Thank goodness I didn't go with the reviews!!!

I went there to enrol for NIN. One lady attended to me and was very polite, patient and helpful despite the technical challenges that were experienced that day.The next week I called to inquire why I had not gotten my NIN because I was told I would get it after 48 hours. I was informed that they were experiencing network challenges, that I would get it hopefully the coming week.As promised I got 2 NINs for my 2 kids but did not get for the third kid. I called to let them know I had received the numbers for 2 of the kids pending one. One Ernest answer the phone and was very rude. He started by asking if I was not told that they were having network problem. I tried to explain to him that I was told and I was also told it would be fixed the previous week. I went further to tell him I had gotten the NIN for 2 of the kids just pending one. He began to raise his voice at me asking me who told last week.I did not deserve the way and manner he treated me. I paid for the service so I should be given an acceptable customer treatment.

I have been sending numerous parcels to the USA over the years and Team P&P are just fantasic. A great, friendly and efficient team and service

Ernest is a lovely man. Went in with my son to get NIN . Customer service was excellent and service was swift. I called a few days before to confirm they were open on the Saturday I had booked. His wife responded and was very polite. Thank you so much for your service on the day.

Had my NIN done, very smoothly, quickly and with such ease that had me so surprised I was thanking him for making my visit very unlike the norm with Nigerian passport stories.... plus he was very indulging to my little kids that came with me... so far very happy with the service .

I had it difficult initially to upload my payment details because of Nigeria Network. The agency I registered with is superb. They have good human relationship and their interactions are good. Post and Packing and Seamfix Limited are fantastic. Keep it up guys!

The owner Ernest was absolutely fantastic in helping figure out how to shave down the size of our parcel to a smaller dimension so that we could get lower shipping rate from the UK to Ireland. He spend a good 30 minutes repacking my parcel and saved me an additional oversize charge of 20 pounds. I can't thank him enough and would highly recommend you use this place. Absolutely amazing service and both Ernest and his wife were very pleasant and courteous.
