Pets at Home Mansfield
The store had everything we needed and it was easy to find. As it was very busy when we visited we had to queue for a few minutes but we were soon served by a lovely lady that took the time to speak to us and not just move us along because it was busy. I find it easier to park at this store so travel a bit further to do my shopping.

We went to have a little look at the cat things and there was plenty you can look at, however got side attracted by the fish!!Good prices a large store with a huge variety for every pets needs.

Pets at Home Mansfield
Previously the staff were amazing in the Mansfield branch. But what happened? The current stuff is just not interested to anything. I been told to wait there to buy some fish and after 20 minutes waiting they give me a look that why am I still there and they went back. No help at all. Lady in the checkout probably hates her life and everything is written on her face and her voice. I’m very disappointed after seeing how this lovely shop changed.

my daughter asked a staff member a question & he was not helpful i then went to till & i didn't get no pleasantries what so ever no smile or greeting at all.i asked don't you smile & he said bluntly no i then paid & didnt get a thank you at all or see you.i have worked in retail & wouldn't have dream't of talking to someone like that.i was going to comment he shouldn't be in that job but what's the point as there's loads of people saying the staff are bad in there.needlessly to say i won't go back to any pets at home again.i also wouldn't have gave one star but it don't let you do a review with it.

Brought our new puppy, Lucky in yesterday. Staff were amazing and loved him, so helpful and even helped with the app. Sadly, I couldn't get their names, but all of them were amazing. Photos of his little jumper attached.
