Brian and his colleague was very helpful. They were efficient and very trustworthy. Would definitely recommend and use again when I have more jobs needing done. They travelled all the way to Leamington Spa for me.

Was past on to I-deal gas plumbing and heating, the job wasn't too big.Needed to discuss new fire and hob install. Brian came out promptly. Advised about fire and agreed to install hob.On the day of install all went very well and smooth. No issues. Very clean and tidy would recommend this company.Thank you

I needed a new boiler install and used I-deal Gas Plumbing and Heating services. Brian carried out the works to a high standard, was very friendly and transparent throughout the entire process. Brian and Matt fitted 2 replacement Radiator’s with new thermostat’s and re-arranged the location of 1 of the Radiator’s to the opposite wall . Brian and Matt turned up spot on time as agreed . Work carried out very efficiently and all the mess was kept to a minimum with all the rubbish removed from site . Two very friendly guys, very knowledgeable and explained each step of of the work. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family and will be added to my speed dial contacts .

Brian installed a new ideal combo boiler to replace an old boiler. Brian helped us select a boiler with a long warranty period as we were unsure. The install was done well with Brian cleaning up after himself. Would use again

I cannot thank Brian enough for all the help he gave me when my old boiler decided to give up during the recent cold and snowy weather. Despite being extremely busy he got to me very promptly and ensured I was able to keep my heating and hot water running.Having decided to opt for a new boiler Brian was able to provide me with a number of options and quotes and then once I decided which one I wanted he was able to get to me the following week to commence the installation;.On the day he arrived very promptly and got to work straight away decommissioning my old boiler and at this point that’s when we hit a problem as it transpired the wall behind the boiler had been quite badly damaged by a leak some time before. With the help of Brian I was able to get a builder to come the next day and repair the brickwork and re plaster. Naturally we had to wait a couple of days for the plaster to dry it and this is when Brian really came into is own. He was able to work his magic with his workload and other customers, diary etc. and arrange to get to me firsts thing Monday morning to undertake the new installation.I can honestly say that Brian and his apprentice are by far the best tradespeople I have ever employed and would absolutely recommend him to everyone. Punctual, honest, competitive pricing and nothing was too much trouble.I have to say as well that it was a real pleasure to see how much time he also takes in supporting and training his apprentice(s) ensuring that he is passing on his skills and experience to the next generation.Highly recommend.

If you need a reliable and trustworthy gas engineer then Brian is the one for you. The advice he gave us was for our benefit despite the fact that it removed a potential annual contract for him. He turned up when he said he would and carried out the work effectively and efficiently. We now have a lovely new fire installed. Thanks Brian you are definitely worth 5 stars.

Fantastic heating engineer boiler had broken down and he came as soon as was possible and fixed it for me extremely helpful polite and friendly. Even booked him in for all the service work cannot fault in anyway more than happy to recommend. Went out of his way to help me and ensure I was sorted. Extremely happy highly recommend.

We would highly recommend this company. Brian fitted an new boiler, extra radiator in our utility room and installed a gas supplyfor a new gas fire in the lounge.he is a skilled craftsman who’s work is of the highest standard. Brian is always ready to offer advice and find the best and neatest way of fitting pipework. He is a clean, tidy and efficient worker who we will certainly have back to do other work for us.

We needed a cast iron radiator fitted in our spare room. The pipes needed moving before fitting and also before the laminate floor went down. Brian was very accommodating. He did a fantastic job, explained in detail what he had done and what the next step was as he needed to visit us twice (once for the pipes, then to fit it after the floor was down) as it needed to be mounted to the wall, he used the touch up paint and even painted the stays the same colour as the wall. True professional and a really nice bloke!
