Always great service from Furniture Village and never had a problem with my purchases. I was in buying a new sofa as my previous one, from Furniture Village, is over 10 years old. Chamack Singh was a great help and knew exactly what we were looking for. Very nice, polite and a great help. Thanks.

Recently visited Furniture Village to buy a corner table set and was great, very happy with the sales consultant she was called Lesley Houldcroft. She couldn’t do enough for myself and my husband very happy indeed with her customer service, she explained everything how to clean ect very thorough. Thank you Lesley

Walked into this Stockton store looking for a bed frame and/or a mattress. Intentions weren’t to buy on the day but just to get an idea of preferences. Simon C-D approached us and pointed us in the right direction based on some basic preferences. We went away and ended coming back and completing a sale including a hard to beat deal! Our experience was fantastic and and Simon was incredibly accommodating. Thankyou!

I’ve been meaning to post this review for a while now. We purchased 2 expensive leather sofas alongside the warranty after care package from furniture village on portrack lane in stockton. On delivery one of sofas was sagging on the top corner but the delivery man reassured and said to leave for a few weeks as it will settle down, but if it doesn’t then call the shop and they’ll replace with another new sofa which seemed fair enough. We did exactly as advised and called the shop a few weeks later to be told by the store manager that we can’t replace the sofa and it will now be under warranty because we should have reported the fault straight away! As you can imagine, I was fuming but the store manager clearly didn’t listen, seem to care or even investigate the matter and said I’ll put it through the warranty care you purchased with the sofas. Unbelievably the warranty guy came out and said they was nothing he could do because the sagging was normal even though it’s only on one corner of one sofa and totally different to the other three corners of both sofas and he just left! I spoke with the store manager once again and he reluctantly said he would instruct the warranty man to come out once again to repair as a good will gesture! (A GOOD WILL GESTURE ON A BRAND NEW SOFA!!!). The warranty man came out and just said I’ve got some old sofa stuffing in the van and I’ll just strip the sofa down and shove some of that in the top corner for you! It’s never been right since either, when we moved the sofa to clean underneath the sofa was making a creaking noise , we ended up getting someone to look at it professionally who showed us that the warranty man hadn’t tightened all the bolts properly! I was a very ill man at the time and just didn’t have anymore energy to complain or take it further.Unfortunately I was forced to give this a 1star but would have given a zero!PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND AVOID THIS SHAMBLES OF A FURNITURE COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Me, I’m having a brilliant day, we just had our new dining suite delivered today from those amazing guys at furniture village, and I wanted to share the experience with you all. I can honestly say if your looking to furnish your home then look no further, we’ve all had that one time where your looking for a sofa or table and the staff hard sell and completely ruin it for you, we’ll let me say this was a great experience, no hard selling no BS, we dealt with a guy called Chamak Singh, he likes to be called Cham, what a guy made the whole experience a dream and pleasure. Sales consultant Ben Dixon was the most friendly consultant he was very professional very knowledgeable about different sofas explained everything to us. In layman's terms no jargon ,he was very patient when I took forever to choose the colour I wanted we never felt rushed .such a relaxed atmosphere, Ben is a credit to the company

Fortunately enough , he recommended to us the star offers on the type of furniture we wanted, and he gave useful insights into pieces of furniture we wished to buy . Overall , welcoming and supportive salesman , who makes the process of buying a lot easier.

I can’t thank Simon enough for his help, when I was placing my order at end of Jan. Thankfully, I knew exactly which model I required, for my complex needs; having spent an afternoon on a friend’s suite. Simon was incredibly understanding, very helpful, caring & not the least bit pressurising.He went out of his way to give me as much time as I needed to relax, ensure I was comfortable & joints/body well supported (essential factor). He even helped advise on fabric choice as I have pets.It’s just been delivered - ahead of time too! I’m absolutely thrilled. Thank you SO much Simon. Would give you 7* if I could!
