Very fast and friendly service. I'm really pleased with the first part of my order which arrived very quickly, today. Lovely, good quality fabric.There was a delay as something I ordered was out of stock, but I got a 'phone call. to let me know immediately and a solution was soon found.How nice to receive such good service. I'll certainly be ordering from Cotton patch again.

Not good service, paid for material in May. Despite ringing and emailing I have not had any correspondence to advise why the order has not been completed.Note: they eventually rang and explained that the emails they had replied to, had bounced back as “ unable to send”, looked like some technical hitch.They retook my order and the material arrived the next day. If only they had rung me earlier, this would have sorted the problem. Good service once they contacted me.

A great source of fabrics. I buy online and am always thrilled at my purchases. Recently I ordered a solid colour fabric but ticked the wrong colour. Amazingly, they said I could return it and have a refund or select another colour. I was so pleased and surprised at this service. Support this wonderful shop. They deserve all the custom they can get. A big thank you.

Terrible site layout, unclear descriptions, can't make an account, and they make you pay to return your order even when you accidentally order the wrong thing because the descriptions and search functions are so awful. Very disappointed, won't be ordering from them ever again

Had my order cancelled the day after they took money from my account . Then when I tried to get a refund they lied .. Now I cannot reply to the email . As they are the ones in the wrong , I have passed the information to trading standards , PayPal fraud team and my bank fraud team . Hopefully trading standards closes them down and don’t be surprised when you find out the 5 starts are fraudulent as well . Save your money for a reputable business !

I spoke with a very kind helpful lady called Margaret, her help in sorting my issue was first class, and the issue was very soon resolved for me. Thank you. Great service as always, and a pleasure dealing with cotton patch, I have been using cotton patch over a fairly long period , and service, speed etc has always been perfect. Would definitely recommend this company.

The shop is lovely, with a few additions it could be perfect but the staff are awful and completely ruined the whole shopping experience.I am not too far from this shop, it could easily be my go to shop, but never with a customer service like that.In this industry you can't afford to have staff or owners who couldn't be less interested, please have staff serving who can at the very least manage a smile.If you are the owner of this business and you were there on Saturday then shame on you, I think it's time you sold up and gave someone the chance to put some love in the place because I won't be coming back until you do.
