Abysmal service, had a defective printer, they took it back and said ‘it has to go back to manufacturer for checking’, 4 months and numerous phone calls later, they call to say it’s been confirmed as faulty and I can collect my replacement. No one followed up with any updates and no one in store ever knows what is going on.NEVER using this company again, go to John Lewis where they actually care about their customers.Interesting side note, as I was in store collecting my printer, I saw another gentleman very upset because of the a similar issue.BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

I broke my phone and took it to them to get it repaired. Within a couple of days they emailed me to say it was ready and being sent back. It took a further week for them to get it back to the store. When I came to the store it was still broken. Apparently they called the customer because they would have to go over the quoted price, and the customer said no. I don't know how they called the customer when the customer's phone was broken, I certainly wasn't called.They were also quite rude to my mum. Since it took a week from the original email to send the phone to the store, and I didn't have a phone I asked my mum to call them. They hung up on her 4 times and refused to give them her name so she could complain.

Amazing place to explore electronic appliances.Great staff very helpful. Various company electronics in one place at the best prices. Recently purchased a laptop for school. It's been a week already an amazing experience. No complaints.

Good customer service in the store. However the customer phone line are rude unhelpful and don't even know anything about the things they sell. The tech help line just says turn it off and back on and if that doesn't fix it then it needs repair.

I wanted to buy a cooker, first staff member wouldn't help me because it wasn't his department. Next a manager refused to help, because they weren't serving. Then a second manager instructed me that someone would help me. She didn't even stop strutting past me as she tersely spoke to me. Finally after 20 minutes of waiting I speak to someone. There's a £125 cost to get my old cooker recycled, and the new one to be installed.But then there's a second charge for the actual delivery. How can they install something that's not there.If you are a fan of indifferent and rude staff, and hidden charges, this shop is just perfect for you.

Went in to purchase a cheap washing machine. Served by a happy young lady.Was very helpful and we chose the cheapest as that was all we needed.Went to pay and we got the usual speel about warranty etc. We refused as we have our own cover. This is when her attitude changed from nice to nasty. Extremely narcissistic attitude and even didn't book the purchase correctly as when we returned to collect it, the manager had to step in to resolve the issue.Currys - PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO ACCEPT THAT NOT ALL CUSTOMERS ARE THICK. SOME ARE RETIRED WASHING MACHINE DESIGNERS!!!!

I waited for 15 minutes for an assistant yesterday evening .I had wanted to try on and compare the features of several Fit bit trackers. Several staff were in the shop. I asked two staff who were busy" and eventually saw the manager who said he would send someone over. Nobody came. I tracked him down again and he apologised. I waited again and nobody came. I had run out of time and left annoyed. Some form of system is required."

Staff attitude really poor - Nathan acted like seeing us was a chore and had no intention of helping and it was apparent from the second he came over to us. Ed was more helpful, but ultimately couldn't provide what we'd ordered.Waited a week without contact for an item to be delivered to the store after being told it'd arrive within 2 days. It didn't arrive, so requested order canceled & refunded. Customer service line also very poor. Store impossible to reach and don't respond to CS requests to contact customer.

Customer support help me exactly as much as they could plenty of devices to look at and deals but I wish the soundbar displays were working properly and in a special room for it so you can hear the true experience and VR headsets were not working

While the staff are friendly, they just don’t know the answers to product related questions. As an example, when trying to purchase Philips Hue Bulbs in store, I was once again told that they are out of stock, would take months to get in, and they wouldn’t price March guarantee the Amazon price (despite what their website says). In the end, if you know what product you want, buy it from Amazon. Sadly Amazon is cheaper, faster, and has better customer service.
