Had to give them 1 star otherwise it would have been 0.I am currently on the phone to them and have been for 35 minutes with only 1 person in front of me.My son needed an operation and had to be referred twice because the doctor never sent the first referral.Also never sent the referral for my other son's eyes so had to get Specsavers to refer him.Also any child aged 5 that has been vomiting and has diarrhea also not keeping water down is not classed as an emergency you have to make an appointment. Your better off taking them to a&e than dealing with these.If you do get results back from hospital which are sent to rhe doctor and your waiting to hear you need to ring them as they WILL NOT ring you. I have been waiting 2 months for results and learned today they have had them for a month. This is not the first time this has happened.If your looking for a doctors keep looking this one is useless, would move if I could.
