This hotel is fine. The rooms are modern and the facilities are adequate.Check-in was easy and we were able to access our room a few hours early which is always a bonus. The room itself is modern but very tatty - it’s desperate for a deep clean and a paint and the corridor carpets were FILTHY across the two days we were there.Breakfast is okay - food quality was fine - but the system is chaotic. We’re early risers so always found a table but by the time we were done on both mornings, there were large queues. They shouldn’t offer everyone breakfast if they don’t have the facilities to cope with demand. The overall experience was also strange with members of staff floating around the food and dining halls - there wasn't a check-in" procedure at breakfast so people just awkwardly arrive and look for a table.Location is fine and close to Pleasure Beach and tram stops; however the surrounding areas are very rough with lots of closed down hotels and establishments. We managed to secure free parking outside of the hotel but it’s very limited. Paid parking was available for £13 a night."

We visited Blackpool for a birthday. We had arrived a couple hours too early to check in so we decided to have some lunch in the hotel restaurant. After waiting an hour after placing and paying for our order, we asked how much longer it would be until we got our food. We were told that the order had not gone through - despite already paying and receiving our drinks. Luckily they gave use a full refund and we decided not to order anything else so they gave us a complimentary packet of crisps. During the wait for the food, I had looked at the bowl containing packets of sauces so I could pick out the ones I wanted for my food, turned out that about half of the sauce packets were out of date. We informed one of the staff and all bowls of sauce were then removed from all tables.Once we had managed to check in, we went up to our rooms. After about 5 minutes of being in the room, a member of staff entered, stating that he was here to fix the shower door as there was an issue with the door handle. He did not have the correct equipment with him so the went unfixed and he had left his master keycard in the bathroom. Luckily we realised and handed it back into reception. If this had been left in someone else's room, who knows who could've got their hands on it and had access to all rooms! We then left the hotel for dinner and upon returning I noticed that, in that same room, one of the windows had water leaking and running down the full width of the window and onto the floor. One of our party had phoned down to reception to inform them of this and the person at reception stated that the two guests that were staying in that room would need to leave that room. Once down at reception, the person behind the desk seemed to be under impression that the guests had chosen to move rooms and we would only be charged for one room. We had already payed for the rooms we had! After some back and forth - and possible miscommunication. - the manager came up to the room to lay towels along the bottom of the window so that they could stay in the original room. He gave us his email address so that next time we book (if there isa next time) we can book directly with him and he will carry out the booking. However, after the experience that we had, I doubt any of us will be returning.

This is a lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff members. On arriving, my mom had a minor accident in the taxi and I asked staff for first aid treatment for her. They swiftly assisted and nothing was too much trouble. Later in the evening, we needed more treatment and they were happy to assist. It made our short holiday more pleasant knowing that we were well looked after. The room was huge with a double bed for each of us and everything was on one level. It was also very clean.Breakfast was lovely. A wide selection of foods, with staff on hand to assist if needed.I would highly recommend this hotel. The only slight disadvantage was the walk to the tram stop was a bit far away, but otherwise, all fantastic.

Lovely clean hotel. We didn't eat here so I can only review the stay. The hot water ran out which wasn't ideal. Perfect location for the tram stop into town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A very close five stars. It would have been if the water hadn't gone cold.

We got a Premier room with sea view even though it was raining & windy you could see the stormy see clearly through the floor to ceiling window. Gorgeous room no noise. Breakfast was nice plenty to choose. Had the pepperoni pizza the day before - delicious. The staff team couldn't do enough for you. Will definitely go back.

Please note that is is a copy of my TripAdvisor review.Review based on 3 night stay between Monday 11th December to Thursday 14th December 2023 as a silver status memberHaving checked in and selected my room the day before check in. I was pleasantly surprised to get a notification on day of arrival at 12:29pm saying that my room was ready and I could head to my room at no additional cost.Breakfast is included in the price of the stay with a range of hot and cold options.Negatives.First room I had (327). Small issues were* . Table lamp wasn't working which had been reported within 30 minutes of arrival and remained that way when I was moved. (Was offered a room move for this, however I refused due to it not being a major issue.)* . Rail on sink in bathroom was missing.* . Sliding door for bathroom /wardrobe requires a bit of effort to fully close for when using bathroom.* . Heating. On second day of staying there was an issue with heating in the room or should I say lack of it.Two visits to reception resulted in a reset which failed.Third visit at around 22:00 finally resulted in a room change which had working heating although had a tendency to randomly blast cold air for a while.Upon checking out, Reception staff seemed disinterested and made no effort as to check how my stay was.Would I stay here again?Considering I had a flexible booking for march which I have now cancelled. I wouldn’t stay at this location unless I was 100% certain standards had improved.

We stayed in Sept 2023 as we were going to a gig.Room was very spacious , comfortable beds , nice bathroom etcHardly any noise talks.Good breakfast .Staff were courteous and helpful .Rate was very good value for money ,Please note : you have to pay for parking at the back of the hotel even if you are a guest .I missed that ( the spaces at the back are privately managed by a parking company ) and perhaps it would be good to be reminded verbally always when checking in I should have probably seen the sign but I didnt read it properly as I assumed it applied to non guests .Anyway I was hit by a ticket( £ 100 discounted to ONLY £60 if paid within 14 weeks… ) . Leaving aside that there was a greater chance of me performing Swan Lake in a tutu at the Albert Hall than paying it, I contacted the hotel and very kindly the Manager Emma listened , understood and contacted the parking company to ensure the ticket was cancelled as it was a genuine oversight.

We loved staying here. A very reasonable price. The breakfast was brilliant. And the service was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff were all lovely.Close to a tram stop and not too far from all the attractions ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I stay here when I travel for work, the hotel is lovely and the staff are always very polite and friendly. The rooms are fab, but the pillows are terrible they are really soft, the hotel can be quite noisy. I love the bathrooms the showers are fab really roomy.Breakfasts are ok, ceral, pastries, and cooked breakfast, you can generally grab some fresh fruit to.The hotel is quite far out from the hustle and bustle but everything is in 10/15 min walking distance so not a massive issue and you can get the tram.
