Super impressed with these guys! Weren't sure which mech hanger I needed as I had a frame with nothing on.Andy asked for a quick photo and within a couple of minutes got back to me with the mech hanger I needed.Delivery was speedy and he even included a free fixing bolt as he assumed I didn't have one (he was right haha)Will 100% use these guys again in the future.Awesome customer service!

Amazing service. I managed to order the wrong hanger, I emailed explaining and within 4 minutes a reply and a solution was with me, within 15 minutes of my first email I had a confirmation that the right hanger was on it’s way. I should also say in a lifetime of using the internet I have never left a review... I’m that happy. All power to GearMechHangers.

Great service from Andy. Had a bit of trouble with the next day DPD delivery not arriving. Their fault by the way. Gave Andy a call and he sorted it straight away. Of course the delayed part turned up a few hours before the replacement one but Andy did me a little deal so all's good. Carpetright could learn a lot from Andy. See my Trustpilot review for details!

I don't usually do reviews...but here we go: I have recently purchased various Lupine lights from gearmechhanger. Now Lupine lights are not cheap, but they are great quality and I'm sure if you want to, you could find a light from another manufacturer that has a similar output for less....but what gearmechhangers do is they offer great customer service, they look after you, offer you options and pretty much make sure you are happy, how many companies still do this! I had one minor issue it was sorted straight away. So I'm happy to pay for premium products from this company as they offer premium service!

Excellent service. I needed a replacement hanger but the company I got my bike from had stopped supplying them. They recommended GearMechHanger.com but I was unsure which model (out of the hundreds stocked I needed). I emailed in a photo of the damaged hanger and within minutes I'd received an email correctly identifying what I needed to order. New hanger arrived within a couple of days. Thanks for the top notch service.
