Vision Express Opticians - Nottingham - Beeston

Staff are very friendly and patient. I had an eye test and did not get recommendation to buy a pair of new glasses, which was surprising but I really appreciate their integrity. The shop is clean and well organised. Highly recommended.

Vision Express in Beeston have been my opticians for over 10 years. I have always found them to be extremely professional, friendly and helpful - nothing is too much trouble. They always try their best to keep the costs to a minimum and I feel extremely well looked after under the contact lens care scheme. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I got an appointment at very short notice after I was concerned seeing v large floater in my eye and aching. Did some thorough tests, assured me nothing to be concerned about and given a letter to take to hosp as a precautionary follow up.Very impressed as to the professional and friendly staff.

I visited the Beeston branch with my sons (15 and 12) and was really pleased with the service provided by Raeesa and Rose. Very professional, friendly and patient, with excellent advice. I have to have glasses for the first time, and thanks to Rose's advice I can't wait to pick them up and start wearing them!

This is an amazing store. From my first visit for advice to my eye test to getting my new glasses. I had to return 2 days after getting my new specs as I damaged them. The young lady was amazing, she made the repair quickly and without any fuss. She also reminded me they were insured. Everything was made easy and put me at ease. This is a wonderful Opticians providing exemplary customer service. My wife a Consultant Dr had damaged her glasses while doing some gardening. It was late in the day so I sought the help of Vision Express I explained that without her glasses my wife would not be able to conduct her clinic with patients the following day. Vision Express asked me to leave the glasses with them and come back first thing the following morning as the technician was not in on the day I visited. My wife arrived at the shop in Beeston within 30 mins of it opening and amazingly they had made the repair to the glasses meaning my wife would be able to conduct her patient clinic and Vision Express would not take any money from my wife for the small repair. Absolutely amazing staff and professionalism shown all round to my wife. Thank you Vision Express you are all amazing
