Rushall Nursing Home

The best care home in Walsall i my opinion. I have been around a lot of homes and nowhere comes close in terms of care provided and the atmosphere from the moment you walk in. A home full of life and activity with staff who truly care for the residents.

My father Mr Les Hubball stayed there for nearly 2 years the care he received was brilliant well trained staff always kind and thoughtful he really enjoyed being part of the home

This is the most wonderful place with compassionate caring staff. A colleague of mine recently moved here for end of life care. I didn't believe such places existed, the staff must be hand picked as they were all truly dedicated to caring with such compassion, reassurance & friendliness, this is a truly wonderful place for genuine supportive care for both the resident, family & friends. Abbey & Tracey were amazing as we're the other staff, everyone who visited was welcomed & and they ensured our friend was pain-free and cared for & felt valued & loved until the end. Thankyou so much you really all are fabulous and made a sad situation have a positive outcome with a dignified end.

Rushall Nursing Home recently provided my Mother with end of life care. Everyone of the staff were thoughtful, compassionate in the care for her and her family. I can not recommend this Care Home highly enough. They provided a relaxed, friendly and caring environment for the last weeks of my Mothers life. I have had the pleasure of working at Rushall and seen first hand how staff care for residents.The residents are shown dignity, respect and empathy and all the staff from director to care staff go above and beyond in putting the residents at the centre of their care. Activities in particular are excellent, and I’d have no hesitation placing a relative of my own in this care home. The home itself is undergoing refurbishment, and the management are investing a lot into making this the best environment they can. Well done all at Rushall!!

Words cannot describe the gratitude, love and respect that my sister and I feel, for all the Team at Rushall Care Home.Mom became a resident a few years ago and has thrived in this amazing community. The care and devotion they have shown, not only to mom but to my sister and myself, has been amazing.Recently, mom who is 92 and suffers with Vascular Dementia, has been suffering with increased agitation. She was monitored by the Team and within a short period, was assessed and treated. This treatment is on-going and may change as her Dementia progresses.It is so reassuring, knowing that the Team understand not only mom's illness but also mom's personality. They spot little changes and react accordingly.Once again, they have gone above and beyond our expectations. My daughter is getting married this weekend. The Activities Coordinator arranged a private viewing for mom, so that she was the first to see my daughter in her wedding dress. Also, two members of the team will be accompanying mom to the wedding.I do not know of any Care Home, that shows so much respect, love and understanding to their residents and families.We have and will continue, to recommend Rushall Care Home to everyone. It is a safe, secure, caring, respectful and loving home that has the professional and medical support anyone could possibly wish for.

My 98 year old Mom went to Rushall Care Home from a hospital for end of life care. This is a very happy care home. The staff here were amazing ! I have never seen such dedicated carers/nurses/management. They looked after her, and all her visitors, not only with dignity but with happiness for their work. Nothing was too much trouble.She sadly passed away 2 days ago on 13th December and everything was taken care of for us with great respect. When we called to pick up her personal belongings half a dozen carers came to see us to give us a hug. It was truly lovely.Thank you Rushall Care Home for making a very sad time bearable. Rushall care home is just so wonderful a place! One big extended family that will care for your loved one, in my case my mum. They listen to you, support you, help you, and hug you when needed! Any member of staff will help you or point you in the right direction. My mum was happy here, and as a family we trusted them wholeheartedly to care for her. They saw her through to the end, and I wouldn't of wanted her anywhere else!

The staff at Rushall Nursing Home went over and beyond with their compassion for our friend who was receiving end of life care. She was treated with care and dignity at all times. All other friends who visited said the same and staff were very welcoming to all visitors. Very highly recommended
