One lady staff was completely rude to us. She made us buy things in rush as the closing time is in ten mins. It enough time but made us to be in rush. I wouldn’t recommend this shop ever again to anyone. I never coming back here again. Other staffs are friendly and nice.

Been coming here for over a year since coming to the region. Its rare to find a pet shop that actually cares about the clients they serve, and the products they sell.This store has a wide selection of dog treats, toys and accessories. The staff have always been great here, providing the best customer service humanly possible and always going above and beyond to provide the best shopping experience possible.After being a dog owner for most of my life, and working my way through all the major pet shop chains - There's something incredibly rewarding going to a smaller local ran pet shop, one where your not welcomed as a mere number. But instead walk away feeling heard, understood and valued.Couldn't recommend this store enough, the staff are well informed and incredibly polite - and the stock available has always provided everything my dogs could ever need for a healthy life.
