2 hour long wait for food.I usually get the satay tofu dish but this time I ordered, the plastic container was much smaller than previously - presumably to cut costs. Was previously a loyal customer but I will never order from them again.

Best Chinese food I have ever had.Whenever I stay in Slough at the in-laws house, I insist on a Chinese night.Nothing in my local area compares. I would definitely recommend and if you do collection you will be having dinner within 45 minutes!

I have serve food poisoning called the restaurant to inform them and the lady was very rude and not understanding what I was saying! She took no responsibility at all. I would definitely avoid

This used to be a decent place but has gone down hill. The front waiting area was dirty, full of boxes of takeaway containers and those god awful delivery drivers bags piled on the table.The food was poor, I had the sweet and sour pork, and tasted like it had been cooked in old oil.

The customer service lady on the on the phone was delightful to speak with. The food arrived late but was delicious and hot.The only con regarding my order/delivery was the driver, he was beyond rude and disrespectful. My property has a lift and he told me that his wasn't my slave when I asked him to come to my front door and he didn't hand my receipt when I asked him for it, he just walked away. I did call the restaurant and it seems as though they are aware of his behaviour. I hope they do sort this out asap as this will deter future customers like myself. Who would want the hassle of dealing with a disrespectful delivery man after paying for delivery services, Not Me! Not when it'll cost less money for a better service from other places.But the food is good I did enjoy the food as my first chinese food experience in slough.

Lovely food, had take away under the name Raj, we ordered so much food and it was all perfect, definitely recommend, i have tried so many chinese take aways in Slough and i was highly disappointed till we came across New Loon Sing, im so pleased with the food they all tasted like described and we got to collect it in 10minutes, PERFECT!
