Took a while to find someone to help, then told they were too busy. Went to the main desk who were very helpful. When leaving the store the security guard was arguing with a customer who refused to show her receipt. Asked to see our receipt while still arguing with the same customer. He then snatched it out of my hand and scrunched it up, looked at it and handed it back with anger.

I have my worse experience with Curry. It has the worse delivery service in the world, never buy from them again. I have purchased a washing machine, waited for 2 weeks and the delivery guy disappeared on the delivery day. No show then the store claim later the product is out of stock. Then I purchase another washing machine and waited for another 2 weeks for delivery which they charge me £140 for recycling, installing and delivery. The delivery guy showed up and not willing to install it unless we pay him extra cash. He left the washing machine in the middle of my living room and did not take away my old washing machine and left. He even dares to ask us to call him back to do the job for extra cash. The customer service team say they cannot help with this. Alex Baldock- If this is the way how your staffs and company treat your customer and handle things, I wish you the best of luck and hope your company can stay in business.

Valerie, washing machine specialist, has excellent knowledge and actually listened to what we were looking for. Valerie was very thorough in researching all the options which satisfied our criteria and we made our choice feeling comfortable with our decision. Her humour and experience was greatly appreciated and we wished to let Currys know what an asset she is to the Company.

The salesperson was perfect! I kept putting myself off of what they had on show... I had done my resurch and thought I would get a sharp hoover, arrived met this gentleman who was the best ever, he took me all over the shop showing me all the hoovers that was going to be far to heavy so I changed my mind on the Sharp ones, then Dyson was a contender, but then was advised about the small clip that is the issue when dropped, so as I asked for lightest one, I found Gtec was the lightest, but Curry's didn't sell this, he advised where I can get it... I'm sending all my family to this shop, how good are they, if they don't hold what is good for you they will look online and find it. Amazing staff member. I will be returning.

Please all order from Amazon. Collection today was a 100% lie, had to call 2 times to cancel (one time they hung up) + talked to one advisor on the chat. The 3 of them all had different stories and issues but certainly not any solution.Had to force the cancellation. And now, waiting for my money back which could be.. a 14-working day wait.Amazing Currys.First and last order. AVOID.

I had a great experience doing all the Christmas shopping. I am not familiar with video games devices and sale assistant Daniela-Andra was very helpful taking her time explaining me the differences between the products making sure I got the right items for my family. I also wanted to buy an item it wasn’t in the store. She ordered for me and call me 2 days later to pick it up at any time.

Just not very good.Shop was pretty empty upon visiting a a few groups of staff were generally standing round. None approached us even though we were looking at microwaves for a while, yet they felt quite unapproachable.The store felt a bit sorry for itself and like the staff had no motivation or interest.Went to John Lewis instead and all went well and got a microwave for a much better price and with customer care.

I was very happy with the attentive service l received. My aim was to buy a new computer, which l did, it was stress free. The staff listened to my request, answered all my questions and the sale was done.It's a massive store, lots to choose from, nice to be able to look around first to get an idea of what was available before speaking to anyone. In general a very positive experience and so far very happy with my purchase.Parking available.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS CURRY'S STORE.I went to buy a Samsung tv on black Friday and it was out of stock in my local branch so I went to a different one in New Malden. Once I got there, the sales person that attended me, focused on diverting my interest to other brands. He showed me Sony tv that was £200 more expensive that the Samsung I wanted in the first place, and convince me to buy it as the quality of the image was really outstanding. I eventually bought the Sony Tv and even set a warranty for 5 years to keep my brand new flashing tv in the best condition in long term.When I got home and installed the tv, I realised that the quality of the image wasn't any more special than an average tv. The image was very dark and when adjusting the settings to make it brighter, it hurted my eyes after some screen time. I then decided to return the Tv as I felt that I was sold a product that didn't match the expectations I was sold at the store.My surprise was that they didn't bother at all about my concern. They told me that as I had opened the box already, there was nothing that they could do to help me, that I could have returned it if I had bought it online instead. I got upset and then they sent a technician to check if there was any problem with the tv and after 20 minutes aprox, he confirmed there was nothing wrong with the tv so they insisted that they couldn't do anything for me and they showed me the door.I felt like I was pushed to buy a product that I did not wanted and that it was a scam as it was nothing like the exhibited at the store. On top of that, the whole team ignored me completely since the beginning and practically kicked me out of the store intead of looking for alternatives to sort my problem out. I was left without options and with zero rights as a cosumer.I am not satisfied with the product and Curry's is forcing me to keep it.I WON'T BE BUYING FROM ANY CURRY'S NEVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE.Run away from these scoundrels!
