Honest revew1_The staff are very helpless.2-dentest is very rude and unprofessional.3- the manager is very rude.4- Don't register with them as NHS patient.5- Don't go there pravte you will waste your money.6- they don't care about you as patient. They care about your poket.Not recommend at allllll.I complained to the manager she said I trust the dentist. She said this is our policy we trust the dintest more than the patient and our dintest said you were rude to hem. That really unprofessional I don't know How the NHS gave them licence .I did asked the manager to transfer me to other dintest because the first dintest was very rude to me and I not happy to have my treatment with hem she said NO we will not transfer you to other dintest . That was really hurting my feeling because I have done nothing all I did just ask to move me from this dintest to another one.This is really going to the bbcThis practice should stop completely.I have already compliant to the NHS waiting for there response.Sorry my English is not very good I think that why they kicked me out from the practice but I sure there is justice in this country.Until know my teeth with no filling because there no any NHS practice space.All this will be discussed with bbc soon

DON'T USE THIS PRACTICE!DON'T GIVE THEM DEPOSIT! YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!They have postponed my treatment 3 times in a row due to holidays apparently, I've asked for a refund and they never gave my money back. Scammers.Update: even after you said you did refund, I never received the money.

Dr Yas and Fatima made my dental experience amazing, they were so welcoming and made the filling process that much easier. Not only did they do it perfectly, but they continued to make conversation, and even offered to play music to relax my nerves. This was a 10/10, I would definitely recommend going to Yas and Fatima when at Lodge Causeway dental centre.Tyrell

Very pleased with my care today. Doctor Yaz was very clear about my treatment options and her nursing assistant was friendly and helped to make the whole experience more relaxed.

Signed up as NHS patient approx. 6 months ago and was told to wait for a letter in the post confirming registration. Called 3 months ago and were told we were on a long list and they were working their way through. Been trying to contact recently and their phone line doesn't work, and not responding to emails. Running out of ideas of how to get in touch!

As a relatively new customer to this dental, I did have treatment on my tooth . The staff are fantastic , DR YAS AND FATIMA are top class and friendly. The place itself is spotless, reception very nice . Just simply the best dentist I have ever had .

Doctor and dental nurse were very attentive on how did I feel along the process. Nurse even offered me her hand to hold. Receptionists are always very kind despite on how busy they can be.

Absolutely fabulous dentist. Couldn't be more pleased with all the staff and their helpfulness. They were excellent with my young children and very kind to me a nervous patient!

Dr. Yas and Fatima always makes me feel comfortable. Dr. Yas is always open to answering any questions without making me feel silly. She has done a great job so far with everything she has had to do with my teeth, she is probably the best dentist I have ever had.
