FG Burnett

I have been working as a supplier for FG Burnett coming up one year, Holly and Freya in the Property department are both organised and very knowledgeable regarding their sites and client requirements. Honest property company with excellent staff.

They were our residential factors (they have since sold that part of the business) and they literally did nothing. One time a leak left a gaping hole in the hallway ceiling which they took a year to fix. Another time a fire alarm went off for a whole day - there was no fire, but only FG Burnett had the key to turn the alarm off, and no one in their Aberdeen office could be reached to come and turn it off. Eventually someone from their office in Edinburgh drove up and turned it off. Also was impossible to get a reply to questions.Basically they accepted money and performed no services. Should be illegal really - if it was a sole trader I'm sure it would be, but when it's a big company...
