This company totally ruined the party of my 2 and the half yo little girl. On 13-th of September we organise garden party for her and invited her cousins. I called the company" few weeks in advance and booked a bouncy castle. On 11-th and 12-th I received two friendly reminders for the event. On the date after half an hour waiting I called them to ask where they are and when they are coming. The person on the phone told me is mistake and they haven't got any event for me. Then I said about the e-mails

Great service. Booked bouncy castle yeaterday for today and they showed up on time, set up and then collected later in the day. Professional, prompt and affordable prices. Thank you, the kids had an amazingly fun time.
