We approached New Addition Windows in absolute desperation! We’re from Australia and had double glazing installed but had a problem with getting our Australian company to firstly recognise a problem with our door handle then do something about it. We needed new handles, lock and blanking plate and the New Addition Windows team went straight to work and solved our problems. Their knowledge and customer service was absolutely first class, considering we approached them with a problem that was not of their making! Outstanding customer service, just wish we could get a bit of that back in Australia! Thanks so much for taking the time to understand our issue and help resolve it.
