I’d like to start with a massive thank you to all who work at the top garage. Absolutely fantastic customer service from start to finish.Unfortunately my water pump had decided to fail on my vw caddy van on a Monday morning. After looking on line it soon became apparent it was not an on the drive fix as the cam belt would need to be removed and replaced.I drove the van less than a mile to them and practically dumped it on them at 9am Monday morning. The gentleman behind the counter explained they were flat out with work and had a mechanic off on holiday. He also said he fully understands I need the van back as soon as possible as it’s my work vehicle and he will do his best to have it fixed as soon as possible for me. So I left it with them and honestly didn’t expect to hear anything for the rest of the week.Wednesday mid day I had a phone call to say my van was all ready to be collected. I honestly couldn’t believe it. When I arrived to pick it up the van was all ready and waiting and I had a warm welcome from staff. Then I had a nice surprise when it came to the bill too. It was half of what I was expecting to pay.Again a massive thank you to all the staff and I can’t recommend top garage enough.

Only place remaining to supply LPG for cars local to Hereford after ledbury and coop City Centre petrol station removed their pumps. Always really friendly and helpful staff when I go in, I hope this small business remains for a long time! Youre a valuable asset to the community. Thank you!

WOW THANK YOU .....IF you want to know how good these people are .... read on.So I asked the question below and they signposted me to a local newspaper article and some latest information about the garage I was looking for - really helpful.From this I was able to research deeper and now planning a pilgrimage to the original garage.I wanted to offer my sincere thanks for going out of their way and I will certainly pop in and offer my personal thanks.Please could I ask a research question ?Is this the garage that in the late 1970's used to sell motorcycles under the 'Slater Brothers' name (from Collingwood).I ask as I am researching the background of my Laverda motorcycle and Richard and Robert Slater are cult heroes of the era.Thank You for your help and kind regards.

Friendly, helpful service. Had a wheel bearing problem which was examined and diagnosed within 10 minutes while I waited.Replaced a day or two later, at a reasonable price. So nice to deal with knowledgeable real people, rather than a smart suit at a main dealers.

Very very rude would never use again

Today these people saved me from a major problem. I'd bought a car from Brightwells in Leominster and was having it delivered, the car broke down 500m away. I phoned them and they not only sent someone out immediately to tow it back and went out of their way to fix it immediately and get the driver back on the road but they also made me feel welcome and as though my problem wasn't a pain to them.I can't thank them enough.I used to work in the garage trade 20 years ago and I know finding someone helpful to fix a car in an emergency is a lost cause in the UK.So great to find a garage that has respect for customers.Thank you Top Garage

Always very friendly and helpful & reasonable prices, l only moved to the area 3 years ago but l don't go anywhere else.I think the run down" appearance comments by other reviewers is unjustified
