The team guided us all the way through the process, right the way from my initial enquiry, taking great effort to make sure that Isabella ordered the correct conversion to suit her needs. She has now got the use of a van that will meet the needs of Isabella and the family making going out accessible to us. This will make such a difference. Excellent quality conversion. I highly recommend McElmeel for anyone requiring a wheelchair accessible vehicle.

Over the moon to have taken delivery of our ford WAV. Our family will now be able to travel all together now. Having space for our children, dogs, wheelchair, double buggy and more!! At the Big Event yesterday and came across these guys for the first time.Their empathy for our situation, their knowlege & information given to both myself & my Husband was invaluable.Best of al,l no pressure, absolutely no pressure.Have arranged a home visit to double check the WAV will be suitable, and again no commitment to order was made clear throughout.We spoke to almost every dealership on the day, and not one came close to the McElneel team, superb on every level.Seriously, you made a very very difficult and emotional sitiation feel so much easier.Looking forward to dealing with you in the weeks ahead.

Rubbish, avoid at all costs.Our vehicle has had the same fault 4 times now. The last repair they sent a report of their findings with a rude and condecending comment in the car, and claimed to have fixed the fault.Guess what?, the same fault has occurred again.They have 0 aftercare skills and are quite content to leave dissabled people without transport.Avoid!!

McElmeel is the best WAV converter in the UK. The staff are so friendly and professional and listen to your every need. When we booked a demo for the car they took their time to tell us everything about the car. We got the Ford Grand Tourneo connect through the motability scheme which is a brilliant car with space behind my wheelchair for luggage which is perfect.I highly recommend McElmeel.

Best service we've ever had. From my Initial enquiry to the delivery of the vehicle was excellent. Nadine has to be one of the most helpful, kind, caring person I have spoken to, she guided us through the process from start to finish now we can take my mum out for the day hassle free.Also a big thanks to Robbie and Fergal for the delivery and demonstration of the car, very professional.

I personally couldn't recommend them highly enough. I couldn't find the vehicle I needed in the republic but saw the perfect car on their website. I got in touch with Nadine, who arranged for the car to be brought to Dublin for us to test,under no obligation to buy. The car was just the one for us. We put a deposit on it and Nadine held for us. I couldn't praise Nadine highly enough,there's professional and clinical and then there's professional and compassionate, perfect for her job.
