Amazing service! My Mum needed a stairlift following a heart attack and stroke. She was unable to go home from hospital until a stairlift was fitted. Two leading companies were unable to come to measure up until the following Monday and Wednesday. This being a Satuday, I went into the Derby Eden mobility store in desperation. John, the area manager, came out to Mums house within a few hours to measure up and placed order immediately. The lift was fitted on the Wednesday morning! Fantastic service and lovely, helpful people. Thank you all.

I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN EDEN MOBILITY. THEY BLACK LISTED ME FOR SOMETHING I DID NOT DO, I MUST SAY EDEN ISN'T COMPETENT BECAUSE THEY FAILED TO INVESTIGATE.

Cannot order any wheelchairs or mobility scooter for the larger person. No signposting to other mobility shops in Derby. I was recommended Eden mobilty by another customer. If you are 25 stone plus don't bother with this company. Can understand why they can't keep all models in store but should be able to order in larger models.

Staff wasn't as helpful compared to the staff in my local store in Scarborough. The lady that served me didn't ask for my VAT exemption when serving me and just assumed what it would be.

I visited the store and enquire did there was anything that could help my mother-in-law get in and out of my car any easier. I was served by Alison she showed me two items one was to attach to the door the other was a swivel pad. After discussing it with Alison and getting her advice we opted for the pad and ordered it. I was extremely surprised when it was delivered the next day. I found Alison extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. She was also extremely polite and understanding. I was very impressed and will definitely use the store again. I will certainly recommend to friends.

Bought a rollator for my elderly mum. The one I wanted wasn't in stock, so they promised to deliver it as soon as it was. Which they did. Knowledgeable about their products and helpful. Very impressed.
