Filey Properties Enfield

I am really happy with Filey Properties I would highly recommend renting from them! Agent Serkan was very helpful and professional, replied to all my queries I had very quickly. The property I rented from them was also in a great condition. There is nothing bad I can say about this agency :)

They handled all the paperwork and I’m great-full for there continued support, not like other agency’s that take your property and don’t care after, always a phone call away and always happy to help. As a landlord. I am very happy with the service provided by Serkan. My property was quickly turned around, from one tenant to another. My previous agency wasn't attentive enough. Filey seem to be the right size, not to big or small. They are very knowledgeable, and have guided me in the right direction, with all the current rules and regulations.

Aslihan is very friendly and easily to talk with and provided us with great care. She helped us with replacement of a faulty cooker and was just brilliant throughout. Filey Properties are unlike any other Estate agents… they genuinely care about their clients, which is rare to find nowadays.Serkan had called me to offer me a viewing for a property which me and my partner fell in love with… not even 2 weeks later and we’re getting the keys today! Serkan did a lot for us to ensure that we got our dream home, and we will never be able to thank him enough for it. He was constantly in contact with both me and my partner, ensuring we were updated every step of the way. When we visited his office, everyone was extremely friendly and it felt like such a nice environment.I am honestly so relieved to have found Filey properties, as dealing with all other Estate agents left me and my partner feeling extremely discouraged. As a landlord I’d steer well clear of using this agency to rent my property. From my experience everything that was needed was missing, most of all professionalism. They moved tenants into my property without any paperwork. In a court of law they wouldn’t have a leg to stand on as they had no proof who owned the property before handing keys over to a favoured tenant who smoked in my property despite repeatedly telling them this is not permissible. This agency paid my rent on time 4/12 times in a year after being prompted. Needless to say I terminated the lease and went with someone else. Avoid.

Filey have managed our properties for a number of years and are as efficient today as when we started with them. In the past we’ve worked with agents who have taken their eye off the ball, not Filey! The staff are polite, knowledgeable and effective. They provide a full service that we know we can rely on!

If your a landlord of course they are going to go all out. I would steer clear of filey enfield branch. My experience as a temant is no communication skills. Arrange workman to come without notifying you and are surprise you are not there bacause you work. All about the money but will expect you to wait 10 years obviously a bit embellished for any work maintenance to be rectified but still a long time. Very unprofessional everything pretty much done on whatsup, should really be emails or phone calls especially with regards to payments. I cannot dispute other claims on here my review is a genuine one. I would never recommend fileys enfield at all.Happy to take full rent for a disrepaired property that at times potientially unliveable. and be prepared to pay out at times to accommodate why you waiting on the never never.
