The area manager, Dan, served me today and he was so friendly and helpful.He did a really good job on my watch, replacing the strap with another strap I had on a broken watch, and replacing the battery as well. I was expecting to leave it there and come back in a few days but, even though he was very busy, he sorted it right then and there. I'm very happy with the service and the quality of the work and it makes it all the better when you can just have a nice conversation with a friendly and positive person. Thanks Dan!

Had a watch strap fitted today. Although a busy Saturday the assistant was friendly, patient and helpful. He did a great job fitting a new strap. I am very pleased with the service and my perfect new strap. Thank you Timpsons and staff.

I declined to get cut; a standard Yale (barrel front door key) @ Timpson's- due to their online site listing such at the £20 mark :( exorbitant!!I subsequently got the same key cut at a local iron mongers for less than £4 ;)Moral of the story.. shop around and you don't get ripped off!
