Darren has constantly demonstrated his remarkable customer services and vehicle knowledge especially during the test drive. The Business Manager Scott Warman is also excellent for preparing prompt quotation, detailed documents as well as a nice offer for me : ) I’m very happy for my recent purchase with this brilliant Sytner team and will recommend anyone who’s considering to purchase a gorgeous Bimmer there.

Picked up my approved new 530D last week, with no trade-in. Jacob the sales manager was friendly and helpful but the whole process took nearly 2 hours, and this was without the need for any significant briefing on the car since I had previously owned a 530D. I arrived at the agreed time but had to wait for Jacob to be found, then the car wasn't ready and then Jacob noticed that a wheel centre was missing and had to find a replacement. Plus endless signatures on items of electronic paperwork, including one confirming that I didn't want the (poor value for money) insurance that they wanted me to buy. If the car had been ready and if they streamlined their paperwork the whole handover could have been done in half an hour. Why do they make things so difficult?

I bought a BMW X3 2019 plate and after 6 months 3 wheels have corrodedI am really disappointed with the service that I have been given, every time I call I have to explain the same situation over and over again to then be told that the person I have spoken to is not available and will call me back, and they rarely do!I purchased my BMW x3 in November 2022.I had the car recently serviced and when the car was returned to me I was advised that 3 of my alloy wheels have now become corroded from the BMW emblem in the middle of the wheel.After countless chasing back and forth I have managed to speak with a manager (claire) who has advised that they are not willing to cover it under warranty as six months has lapsed and they are not even willing to do it as a gesture of goodwill, even though it is less that a month out of warranty.What they have offered me is to undertake the refurbishment of the corroded wheels at a supposedly discounted rate - which is still expensive!I am totally disappointed with the service that I have been provided - purchasing an approved used car I can expect imperfections but 3 wheels to become corroded which is no fault of my own is unacceptable.What is even more unacceptable is the way the multitude of people I have had to speak to are either unwilling or unable to help me.BMW being a prestige dealer, I would expect this problem to be undertaken as a gesture of good will and not at my expense - I am really upset after spending a lot of money to buy this car to now have an ongoing problem that will only continue to become worse if not resolved , this is total unacceptable
