Location and views are exceptional. However the cottage we stayed in is a bit run down. My son fell through the very old and rusty cover of a manhole right outside the front door and badly grazed the entire of his outside thigh and part of his lower leg. Had this manhole been properly maintained it would not have happened. This did ruin our holiday a bit as he was in alot of pain and traumatised from it.

This is the place to go to re avaluate your life!.This is the place to find yourself again.A week wasn't long enough.I'm ready to go back!To sit, and listen, to complete silence, and that I tell you is my happy place.

Fantastic place cottages are comfortable cosy and well placed with all you need , very quiet area deer rabbits and eagles and white tailed sea eagle, buzzards are very frequently seen from the Cottages, I have seen otters just a mile or so from the Cottages as well, Kimberly is very helpful with a warm welcome . I would happily recommend the Cottages and the area. Mull of course is great with lots to see and do.

Had a week at one of the cottages. It was first class. Warm, clean, very well appointed and a great location for getting around the whole island.Beds comfortable, plenty of hot water.Highly recommended.

We stayed in Riverside cottages and were blessed with the most amazing weather. The Estate team were amazing in making us feel welcome and sorting out fishing and trips to Staffa amongst others. Real enthusiasm for the place, the job and the wildlife which you can't help but connect with. Kids loved the river and the Loch best of all !
