Baildon laundrette and Dry Cleaners

I went to this one because I read about the no coins needed! It’s only small but perfectly adequate with plenty of washers and dryers. The lady was very helpful and showed me how to use the contactless system. I’m a real tech-no phobe!There’s also free parking, but behind the launderette. Don’t forget to sign up! The other car park is payment and limited to 2 hours.Altogether an easy experience.

I used to go regularly but last time I went it a washing machine door had been left open. The handle stabbed into my leg causing a massive bruise (see photo). I swore loudly (my bad) but the member of staff didn't apologise or even acknowledge anything had happened. Asking if I was ok would have been enough. On top of that she watched me struggling to drag a huge hamper of laundry in (I was feeling dizzy) without offering to help, made me wait for ages and then wouldn't commit to a pick up time the following day.When I raised all this she said 'it's not my job to close the machines and help people with their washing'.I called later and asked to speak to the owner. She wouldn't provide his details and I haven't had a call back as requested.I can only give them 1 star because of poor safety & customer care.

Does exactly what it says on the tin.Would say for £4 ish you could fully dry 3-4 loads of washing in their industrial dryers

Before I came here, I went crazy looking for coins because the laundrette at Saltaire only accept coins. To my surprise, this washers and dryers at this laundrette accept contactless payment and I need not have worries about coins. This laundrette should advertise this fact.And it's just next to the Towngate bus stop. No walking required to drag the laundry .

Very quick and efficient staff and helpful. Remember to pay your parking ticket even if not enough signs to say as private one is different

Parking structure (paid). Good service. Wash and dry services. Drywash as well. Do it yourself or pay a little extra and pick your clothes later, washed, dried and folded. Near the Baildon Coop and to the Malt Shovel Pub, while you wait for your laundry, you can go for a drink or do your shopping. Is always good to carry your coins , but in case you don't have change, the staff can exchange your money for you.

Lovely self service laundry, though the helpful lady who runs it is sometimes there. If she is, you can leave big things for her to wash or by washing powder from her if you forgot it. Four big machines at 7 pounds, 5 or 6 small ones at 4 pounds, and seven ish, depending on which ones are working, dryers with huge capacities where you pay by the minute.Both card and cash accepted. Also has the contact details of a place where you can buy dog garments and wollen hand coverings.
