Would not recommend going here

I've always had an excellent service! can't fault at all. I have to give huge credit to Dr Mian. She took the time to make me feel so comfortable. such a bright uplifting personality! I couldn't of asked for better. Thank you again.

I had a health assessement at this clinic through work and had a very good experience: short waiting time and the staff and overall experience were excellent.

Made a simple request to have a couple of blood tests done weekly, was well aware this would not be cheap. Firstly took ages to get through to the centre, left messages that were not returned. Eventually got a response which I felt was unsatisfactory, not helpful so took my business elsewhere.

Had an appointment here today, lovely building, clean and very friendly. Receptionist (Lucy?) Was very helpful and really friendly 2x members of staff saw me, Clarke and another man, extremely helpful. great and cannot fault anything 10/10 would recommend.

Rubbish call centre staff always trying to avoid paying despite us spending a lot on premiums

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!Take my advice do NOT use this company FULL STOP - it's easy enough to find alternatives locally.The staff are rude yet very well versed in the art of extracting customers hard earned money but when a complaint is made it quickly becomes obvious where staff members' sense of entitlement and poor customer service originate from once matters are escalated to Carly Cryer, the Bupa Manchester branch manager.Following my complaint rebuttal, I was actively directed to post my experience on Bupa's Google review page in a final act of defiance which given the existing review rating and content, was perhaps poor judgment on her behalf!So there you have it, amazingly Bupa staff actively seek negative Google reviews!!

I had reason to visit Bupa Health Centre in Marble Street ad was seen by Dr Mian. My experience was extremely positive, and Dr Mian was thorough and very personable, and put me at ease. She went over and above. The staff on reception were also very lovely. I would highly recommend a visit here where you will be treated with care and consideraiton. Thank you, Nicky

I had an appointment for a full check up here. Dr Mian and Mr Plumb were both excellent. Both extremely professional whilst at the same time being personable, friendly and reassuring. Reception staff were also very polite and couldn't give me enough water and biscuits. Would happily recommend, and have done.
