Can’t understand why this busy post office was moved to such a small location. Needed to post a birthday card to USA recently so had to use counter. Went to P O in early afternoon after lunch and there was 1 counter open with a queue out the door. Took 15 minutes wait to do a 30 second task and the never ending queue was still out to the street squashed into a narrow section of the cafe which shares the post office. I also find it strange that a cafe would want this bustling crowd of people overlooking customers who are having a quiet cup of coffee or a meal. Not a very inviting cafe atmosphere from my point of view.

Very helpful staffwho are most helpful. Staff are experienced in most aspects required. However more training recquired in relation to passport services needed as this would ensure that customers get service they have paid for.
