Excellent customer service and repaired my phone to a very high standard. However, they do experience delivery issues due to parking restrictions with Romford market. My screen replacement took 2 days longer than promised. Definitely use this shop again regardless of this minor upset.Also, little disappointed my phone was not fully charged on pick up (less than 20% remaining).

Clean and tidy location.Staff extremely helpful and pleasant.Had not used this method of insurance claim in the past. Always had to send my broken mobile in the post and then wait a week or so. This was much easier!Mobile with broken screen given to staff member, called in under 2 hours to come and collect the device.Fantastic service!Not sure in costs as this was completed through an insurance claim, but the completed work was first class

My phone wasn’t charging at all. I was in the local area and have heard of Pocket Geek through friends. I headed inside where I was greeted by a lady who helped be from start to finish. Rather than replacing almost all my internal components on my device (which Apple wanted to do). They carried out all the troubleshooting required to make the repair less expensive and even carried out a free health check. Most certainly will be returning to Pocket Geek for sure, I couldn’t recommend them anymore. Thank you all the team in the shop for your help!

Amazing Service. I didnt think my phone was recoverable as the whole screen was smashed and the screen torch would always be on, meaning i could not see any of the bottom half of my phone, but they managed to fix it within the hour!! I would definately come back here again.

WOW what EXCELLENT SERVICE!! I had to have the screen and the back of my mobile replaced. I reported it on Wednesday 7 June and amazingly my phone has been repaired today, Friday 9 June! Alex was so welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable!! i knew my phone was in good hands. On my return Alex helped ne to sort out the APPS. I had taken my Samsung Galaxy 10+ for a repair as the 'moisture detection' message seem to be appearing whenever I tried to charge my phone via USB cable. Dennis was able to inspect my phone and inform me that there is some internal damage to the port connection that will require workshop soldering. Unfortunately the phone could not be repaired from the issue as it would require a completely new motherboard (which Pocket Geek Tech Repair do not fix). I am extremley appreciative of Dennis's time and efforts to try to repair my phone and being able to find out that the key problem with the phone was the motherboard. I would definately recommend Pocket Geek Repair services as they take there time explaining clearly to the customer what the issue is. Maurice at the front desk was also super kind and very customer friendly. She was engaging and kept me well informed of the status of my phone via call and face to face. If I ever experience a problem with a new phone or tablet, I will ensure to visit and take my device for inspection to Dennis and Maurice at Pocket Geek Tech Repair.Gav.
