Really easy to set up and our one year (surprisingly) knew exactly what to do - hold tight whilst we pushed her! The wheels are great quality and very smooth to use. Would highly recommend getting one.Very good customer service from my experience.

My son’s scooter had lost a bolt so I booked a 15min telephone consultation as I wasn’t sure what I needed. I was really impressed with the service; my call was on time, the lady i spoke to was understanding, professional & polite and rang me back on whatsapp so she could check what was needed on a video call. She then sent me the missing piece with no cost. I’m so pleased my son will be able to ride his scooter again!

I have just had a telephone call with the head of spares, repairs and servicing. She was amazing.I was very doubtful that my son’s scooter could be fixed via a telephone call but the lady explained the process so simply that even I could understand. I was very impressed.Please could this be taken into account at her next appraisal / performance review?

No one even contacted me. I waited for appointment at 9:30am , waiting time was more than one week.When no one called at 9:50 , I started chat with support centre. They promised that someone will contact me shortly. Unfortunately still no contact. Very disappointed. Scooter cost £450 ( electric/ hybrid) can not fix it myself. As its just stopped working and it is still under the warranty.So , service is very poor.Sad, for such previously respected by me brand .

Mixed experience for me…Good product. Good price. Arrived quickly.However, I’ve been charged twice for postage, and the response has been a bit lack lustre, which has left a bad taste in the mouth.Responded quick via WhatsApp, to confirm they will ‘check their PayPal, to see if I have been billed twice’. Maybe it’s just semantics, but their response appeared to be more about checking the validity of my claim than rectifying it. I provided bank statements showing the double charge. I’ve not heard back in over 24hrs, other than to ask me to leave a review, so I am…Hopefully they will resolve this so I can update my review. Worth noting that all their bad reviews seem to centre around shipping issues…

I took my son’s scooter in this morning needed to replace some parts which is no surprise as my son has been on this scooter everyday for the last two years, and as per normal they knocked it out the park. A few hours later received phone call all done ready to collect, why can’t all company’s be like Micro scooters Ltd, ❤️Xxx

I arranged for a video call to chat through the problems with my daughter's ageing scooter. I spoke to one of their product engineers who was super knowledgeable, really helpful and a real ambassador for the company. He offered a quick solution and sent me all the details to get it sorted quickly and efficiently. I was so impressed with the service and can't recommend them highly enough.

well built, made to last scooters, with amazing customer support.I have purchased 2 different scooters from this company, they are well made, and I was having issues with one and I made a video appointment with them, as I thought I had broken it, but they walked me though what I need to do, and my scooter like new again. (may I say this scooter is 4 years old). the scooters are made to last which is refreshing and if you do have an issue, they offer this video service as well as able to purchase the spare. the customer support was amazing and very friendly.

The booked appointment I had with the Adviser was really helpful to me as I had some queries about my grandson’s abilities as he has cerebral palsy, and I wanted to choose the right scooter for him. The adviser was happy to spend time discussing the problems with me, she was lovely. On time too. And the text reminders were gratefully received! A brilliant and very human service.
