Very good company, with friendly management, where people are treated as a human, not as a slaves. Boss is hard working man, not kind of person who's counting digits in excel and screwing targets, can see him everyday on workshop and everyday says good morning to everyone, respectful! Every saturday at overtimes there is some cookies in canteen :) He is really involved. Don't feel any pressure at work. It's a place where you come in and out with smile on your face. Lots of friendly and happy people here. Clean and tidy. Can find people, who are working from 20yrs and over. I am happy to work here!

Family company since 70's. Now, the owner Dave Darlington doesn't develope the work place. Cables and wires are prepared on the boards from 70's. It looks today like archaic. Shame. There is one team leader from Poland without any school inside, who decides about staff with no experience. Bad place to start career in electronic.

I’m really surprised seeing negative comments about Darlington E M S Ltd. I've not been working there long but what I have seen for the last 6 months only shows how unjustified the opinions are.Everything is neatly organized, work place is clean and tidy, products are made on time and well secured for transport.Two-step quality check assures no faulty products leave the company which only proves how much the company cares about their customers. Problems or enquiries are dealt with in a quick and appropriate manner by both co-workers and supervisors. Not many companies offer similar friendly work environment where employees are treated with respect.

Gutted work there with agency for couple of weeks really enjoying it never late always on time really like the people but had a message from agency to say they had no work and did not need me gutted and disappointed
