ATS Euromaster Park Royal

Great service this morning, from Nims at ATS Euromaster, Acton I’ve been to this place about five times over the past five years and every time the service just gets better for me that is.I had a massive nail in my tyre and was desperate to get it changed straight away and just turned up without an appointment I was lucky I guess. I was dealt with in a really polite and patient manner and it felt good.The reception also has a toilet and water fountain with seating whilst you wait. All in all great customer service from my point of view and would recommend this place but don’t just turn up it’s probably best to book an appointment unlike meI know I was lucky but it still felt like great service.

Very rude service. I book MOT test early and confirm time - they call me and inform me we can make MOT now 10am instead afternoon 3:30 and told me you take it or we cancel. Very arrogant staff said to me I give you solution - that very interesting definition of solution. Strongly recommended don't use this garage to fix any solution.

I brought my car for alignment as it was pulling to the right. After maintenance in this garage i noticed my car is pulling to other side (to left). Brought again and they fixed with no issues later. Only thing is i had to take day off to bring the car second time, which was hassle and missed earnings.

Pretty awful service. Was pleasantly surprised when the tyre I was after was in stock so booked a slot which was confirmed. Wasn’t ideal as it was 30 mins away but thought it was worth it to get it sorted. Arrived on time only to be told the tyre hadn’t arrived and they had no idea where it was. Didn’t even get a call to save me the journey. The guy did apologise and said it was only him in that day. Head office was pretty terrible also. Not even an apology. Just a ‘like I said you’ll need to call the branch as they ordered the tyre’. Won’t be using them again.UPDATE: tried calling today (Monday) to check to see if the tyre had arrived (as I might have still been able to make it). Must have tried 10 times throughout the day. No answer. Called head office to see if they had some 'magic' way to get in contact. They said they'd send them an email to give me a call. I don't think I need to say that there was no call.So ATS has taken my money, not fitted the tyre, not called me, not anything.Logged an official complaint, not expecting much. But if I don't get my money back I will be going to trading standards.

Used them a couple of times for tire replacement. Always professional and helpful. Recommended for tires at least

Had a Groupon Voucher for the Air Con recharge. First time popping into this Park Royal branch. The branch is located in its own gated premises and not like other companies nearby, within a retail park. Really friendly staff and prompt service. Gentleman at the desk advised how long it would take and I was out of there, in less than that. Excellent job on the Air con too, nice and frosty ready for the summer heat. There is customer parking, and reception is located near the garage entrance itself.

So annoying company.I had groupon voucher and made an appointment for MOT but they refused me because person in charge didn't come on my appointment time and they don't know when he back (ridiculous).They had my phone number and email address for cancellation but they didn't contact me,Just wasted my time.Also made me in trouble with Groupon to get money back....

About a month ago I got my air conditioner recharged and they told me it had no gas leaks.but recently instead of it being cool its giving out heat and i contacted them but instead of helping and refunding me they said its not their problem and we need to .go somewhere else to fix

One of the worst services I have ever experienced in my life . Garages is run by bunch of clueless imbeciles without any knowledge whatsoever. Left my vehicle for service , and picked it up in worst condition than before. Highly do not recommend!!

Appalling service from the team. Never answer their phone and always put it on mute (seen it first hand when in the office). Turn up for a tyre change which has been pre-booked in. Car is taken in and then they come out to say we haven't ordered your tyres! Need to check your thread and now will order for next week. Can you reschedule? Jesus Christ...why didn't anyone think to call to let me know in advance before i made the journey? Still trying to phone (4 days in a row) and no answer and no idea if tyres are there or not! Can't go elsewhere as that's where my lease veichle has to go for a tyre change. Disappointing service and hope improvements can be made.
